Veal Marsala
Tender paneed veal topped with our savory Mushroom Marsala Wine Sauce, over angel hair pasta.Soft Shell “Cameron”
Our signature sauce consisting of sliced artichoke, diced onion, tender crabmeat and cream cheese sauce, blended and drizzled over fresh angel hair pasta. Accented with a fried soft shell crab, this dish is almost too pretty to eat.

Veal Parmesan
Your choice of tender paneed chicken or veal, breaded and pan-fried, then placed over a bed of angel hair pasta. Topped with our zesty marinara sauce and freshly shredded parmesan cheese.

Seafood Bordelaise
Delicious Gulf shrimp and crawfish tails, sautéed in garlic butter sauce, then placed over a bed of tender angel hair pasta. Everything is then topped with our savory Bordelaise sauce and freshly shredded Parmesan.Crab Cake “Landon”
Our signature sauce consisting of sliced artichoke, diced onion, tender crabmeat and cream cheese sauce, blended and drizzled over fresh angel hair pasta. Topped with two of our homemade shrimp & crab cakes.

Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken
This signature Roman dish is tender fettuccine pasta topped and coated with a melted Parmesan, butter & cream sauce. We then top this masterpiece with slices of grilled chicken.  Although we think it’s perfection as is, feel free to substitute Buffalo-style chicken, Gulf Shrimp or Crawfish instead.
